Methodology
We collected publicly stated prices from 20 SMM panels for 1,000 Instagram followers — the most standardised market indicator: every participant offers the service and the unit is comparable. Sources are panel price lists, aggregators and reviews (in-scale, vc.ru, dtf.ru, partnerkin). The snapshot is dated 2026-09-05; when prices change, the figures are revised and the snapshot date updated.
6 panels do not publish a price for this service — they take part in the qualitative comparisons (refill, platforms, API) but not in the price statistics: substituting estimates for missing numbers is something we chose not to do. The currency is the ruble as stated in the price lists; foreign panels are converted at their own storefront rates.
The study is published by NAKRYTKA.VIP — a market participant — and that is worth keeping in mind: our row is highlighted. Every figure is re-checkable against public pages of the participants; if something disagrees, write to us and we will correct it with a dated note.

What follows from this
The market is spread 8.6× by price: from 6.4 to 55 ₽ for the same unit. Yet the cheap segment offers almost no refill guarantees: of the five panels under 20 ₽, only one claims a guarantee longer than a month. A buyer of cheap volume re-pays after every drop — the effective price converges with mid-market faster than it seems.
The price-to-guarantee correlation is not "expensive means better": it means the guarantee costs the supplier money. A panel promising 180 days of refill prices the compensations in; a panel with no guarantee sells the same volume cheaper precisely because it promises nothing. This is not a verdict on budget panels — for one-off tasks they are sensible; for campaigns that must hold a result, the guarantee is part of the price, not a luxury.
Our position in this market: 29 ₽ — below the median, with refill up to 180 days and auto-refill. Cheaper panels exist in the budget segment, and we do not pretend otherwise: their limitations are listed in the named comparisons.
